Unused party bears:
You are welcome to return unused bear making kits after your party. This must be done within 14 days of your party. Please make sure you put your party date in the 'Customer Notes' on the checkout. You as the customer will have to meet the cost of the return postage. Money will be refunded back to the payment method you paid with and the bears will be charged at the same rate you paid for them.
We sell high quality goods but on occasions one of our bears or clothing items may be found to be faulty. We will offer replacement items for all faulty goods unless a refund is specially requested. For exchanges we will send you a SAE along with your replacement items for a quick and simple, hassle free exchange. If a refund is requested then please return the faulty item to: Returns, Splodge Teddy Parties, 20 Ringwood Road, Eastbourne, East Sussex. BN22 8TA. We will give you a refund of either when we receive the goods back, or you providing evidence of having returned the goods (for example, a proof of postage receipt from the post office), whichever is the sooner plus the cost of returning the item to us.
Please contact us in the first instance if you have any problems with our goods. Email us with a photo of the item clearly showing the fault.
Legal Consumer Rights of Cancellation:
You have the right to cancel your order which starts the moment you place your order and doesn’t end until fourteen working days from the day after you receive your goods. Then you have another 14 days in which to return the goods. A full refund will be given by us but you as the buyer will have to pay for the goods to be returned (unless they are faulty). A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of the you handling the goods more than was necessary. The extent to which a buyer can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop.
We will refund the economy or standard delivery costs you paid when ordering. This is the cost of getting the goods to you in the first place, but if you opted for enhanced service eg next day or express we will only refund standard delivery costs.
