Please read below our term and conditions of sale, which apply to ALL transactions on our website. Placing an order confirms your acceptance of these terms.
Legal Consumer Rights of Cancellation:
You have the right to cancel your order which starts the moment you place your order and doesn’t end until fourteen working days from the day after you receive your goods. Then you have another 14 days in which to return the goods. A full refund will be given by us but you as the buyer will have to pay for the goods to be returned (unless they are faulty). We will give you a refund of either when we receive the goods back, or you providing evidence of having returned the goods (for example, a proof of postage receipt from the post office), whichever is the sooner.

A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of the you handling the goods more than was necessary. The extent to which a buyer can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop.
We will refund the economy or standard delivery costs you paid when ordering. This is the cost of getting the goods to you in the first place, but if you opted for enhanced service eg next day or express we will only refund standard delivery costs.
All products ordered are subject to stock availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If on the occassion one of your order items is out of stock we will try and contact you by first instance by email then by phone to allow you to choose an alternative. If we cannot get hold of you and your item is part of a party pack then we will send you a suitable alternative and you will be informed by email before order is despatched. All substitutes offered will be in the same range and of equal quality and value. If you are not happy with the replacement item then we will happily give you a refundor replace the item. Sometimes if items are out of stock and not ordered as part of a party pack then we may just refund you the money for the item. Splodge Teddy Parties will not be obliged to offer any more compensation for disappointment suffered.
All products on this website are not suitable for children under 36 months.
All items advertised on our (Splodge Teddy Parties) website are new and unused unless stated in the advert. Please read product descriptions carefully as we accept no liability for products received that conform to the description. Unless explicitly stated in the advert, all our products are for external use only. Please read the product instructions carefully as we will accept no liability for any product used in an incorrect or irresponsible way.

Prior to submitting your order, please check carefully and make sure all details of your order and postal address are correct. We will not be liable for incorrect addresses entered as a delivery address. All orders are accepted subject to our Terms and Conditions of Sale. We reserve the right to decline any order.
Once an order has been placed you will receive a confirmation to the email address given on the checkout page. If you don't then please let us know immediately. Please check carefully your email confirmation and check that the delivery information and order information are correct, if not please let us know ASAP.
Once telephone orders have been placed you will be sent a confirmation email once the order is placed on our system. You must check the order carefully as we will not be liable for any order misunderstandings or incorrect delivery address once the order has been sent.
We do not sell or distribute your details to any other company or organisation under any circumstances ensuring your complete privacy.
Your payment details, credit card numbers are not held by Splodge Teddy Parties. All payments are processed using a third party system either Streamline or Paypal using up to date security technology Beyond this, they will never be shared with any third party.
We will never email you asking you for your payment details; please be wary of fraudulent requests for your card details via this route.
Information supplied by you when ordering is used only to process your order and dispatch your goods. Delivery addresses, Email addresses and phone numbers may be passed onto delivery companies for the express purposes of delivering your items.
You may receive an email from 'Trusted Shops' asking if you would like to submit a seller rating for the goods received. If you do not want to receive this email then please let us know.
